If you have been summoned
Write to us as soon as you receive the summons, with the date and the court. The sooner we study the matter, the better we can prepare your statement.
What to bring to your first appointment
- The summons, notification or police report (atestado) you have received.
- Your identity document.
- Anything that may serve as evidence: messages, photos, medical reports or the names of witnesses.
