If you have been dismissed
The time limit for challenging a dismissal is very short. Write to us as soon as you receive the letter or are told of the dismissal.
What to bring to your first appointment
- Employment contract, payslips and, if there is one, the dismissal letter.
- Employment history report (informe de vida laboral).
- Medical reports and Social Security decisions.
