Before filing a claim
Before filing a civil claim, the law generally requires an attempt to reach agreement through an appropriate dispute resolution method. We take care of that step and tell you whether your case is an exception.
What to bring to your first appointment
- Contracts, invoices and receipts.
- Any burofax letters, formal demands or court claims you have received.
- For a community of owners, the minutes of the owners’ meetings.
